Laura* was a young student at the time of the accident. She had been injured in a motor vehicle accident and suffered soft tissue injuries to her neck and back as well as a psychological injury.

At the time of the accident Laura was at university studying pharmacy and later nursing. As she had no earnings history, Laura’s team at Trilby Misso had to work to gather evidence about her potential loss of earnings.
