What are the qualifications and experience of Trilby Misso Lawyers in Queensland?
At Trilby Misso our lawyers are all qualified and registered to work as solicitors. To gain this qualification our lawyers have:

- Been accepted to University and completed a law degree (usually a minimum of 4 years study)
- Completed an approved practical legal training course or a supervised traineeship
- Have successfully applied and been admitted as a Solicitor and added to the Roll of Lawyers in the Supreme Court
- Applied and hold a current Practising Certificate from the Queensland Law Society to allow them to practise as a solicitor in Queensland.
For our lawyers at Trilby Misso to work as solicitors in Queensland, not only have they committed to their studies, they have satisfied the Supreme Court they are a “fit and proper” person to be admitted to the profession.
Having the technical experience and qualifications is important, but life skills and experience is what sets our team apart. Our lawyers chose to work in a field where they act for real people, not corporations. Our team has a diverse background, including working in the hospitality industry, a musician, an Air Force cadet, construction worker, retail workers, a teacher aide, and even a semi-professional basketball player! Having such a broad range of experience helps us understand you, the work force and the challenges you face. As well as working in law, our team keep busy with their own interests ranging from raising families, keeping fit, horse riding and you’ll even spot one of our team in the Brisbane City Gospel Choir.
Our legal team work closely together and will often share their experiences and any hurdles they face, the combined team experience is over 100 years and our clients benefit not only from the efforts of their lawyer, but the combined experience of the entire legal team.
