Persistence and a thorough eye for detail resulted in Taylor accessing a life changing payment that other lawyers told her was not possible.

As a result of not being able to work, Taylor was living with her family and relying on family and friends for financial support. Taylor checked with other law firms who assured her she did not have any relevant TPD cover.
